Over the past decade Liam Neeson has made his name known in the action genre. He has made a massively successful Taken trilogy and shows no sign of slowing down.
According to DeadlineHolllwood the Irish born actor is set to star in his latest action film called The Commuter.
Byron Willinger and Phil de Blasi will write the film. Andrew Rona and Alex Heineman will produce along with StudioCanal. All four have worked with Neeson before on some of his latest action films Non-Stop and Unknown.
This time around, Neeson will play a normal businessman who accidently gets caught up in a criminal conspiracy, according to Variety. Filming for The Commuter will start in the spring in New York and no director or any supporting cast has yet been named.
As for Neeson, he just finished up a film called Silence which is directed by Oscar winner, Martin Scorsese. He also has a film called When a Monster Calls that is expected to come out sometime next year.
