After exhausting her legal options to get her kids back in the U.S., Kelly Rutherford has flown to Monaco to make her final plea to a judge there.

She was reunited with son Hermes, 8, and daughter Helena, 6, in July in New York, but she refused to give them back on Aug. 7.
As a result, a judge in New York ordered that the kids be handed back to their paternal grandmother in court, to be sent back to their father, Daniel Giersch, in Monaco.
ABC News reports Rutherford was in court on Thursday in Monaco to argue the kids should be returned to her to live in the U.S.
"Kelly trusts her Monaco legal team and feels that the Monaco judge treated her with respect when she was there last June,” her lawyer, Wendy Murphy said. “She believes the judge will again treat her with respect on September 3.”
She added the former Gossip Girl star is “praying” the judge will do “the right thing” and send “the children home to America” on Thursday.
Rutherford posted a series of photos of herself with her children on Instagram ahead of the family court hearing.
