Despite a rainy morning in New York City, the Today Show reports the poncho-clad crowd sang along with Bieber as he performed “What Do You Mean?” “Where Are U Now?” “Boyfriend” and an acoustic version of his 2010 hit “Baby.” In addition to his killer performance, Bieber showed off his newly bleached hair-do.
