Donald Trump is weighing in on Kanye West’s possible presidential run in 2020, saying he looks forward to running against him one day.

Trump, who’s hoping to secure a Republican nomination for 2016, also talked about being compared to the Yeezus rapper.
He told Rolling Stone he doesn’t “quite get” the comparisons, but "He's said very nice things about me in the past." He also said West is friends with his daughter, Ivanka Trump.
Trump said he was watching the MTV Video Music Awards when West gave the bizarre speech while accepting the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award and he was amused that Miley Cyrus said she was voting for Trump but has switched her support over to West.
“I said, 'That's very interesting. I wonder who gave him that idea?'" he continued of the ending of West’s speech.
“He's actually a different kind of person than people think. He's a nice guy," Trump continued. "I hope to run against him someday."
