She died on July 26 after being found unresponsive in her Georgia home on January 31.
Speaking publicly for the first time since his daughter’s death on the season premiere of The Real, Brown got emotional as he sat next to his wife Alicia Etheredge.
"If I could have been there two days before, it wouldn't have went down like that," he said, The Hollywood Reporter reports.
He went on to say after months of showing no progress, he thinks Bobbi Kristina’s mom, the late Whitney Houston, had something to do with her passing.
“I'm pretty sure her mother was. ... had a part with like, 'Come on, let's get her up here,'" he said. "(Houston) was not comfortable by herself, I guess. She just called my daughter with her."
Brown also revealed his plans to build the Bobbi Kristina Serenity House, where young girls in “bad relationships” can go for help.
