Amber Heard, Johnny Depp hand out hearing aides in Rio

Amber Heard and Johnny Depp continued their globetrotting ways this week, heading to Rio De Janeiro for the Rock in Rio music festival. Before Depp took to the stage with his new supergroup, Heard helped hand out hearing aides to Brazilians.

As People notes, the married Hollywood stars have been working with The Starkey Hearing Foundation, which helps young children around the world have access to hearing aides.

The couple helped children get their hearing aides set up, with Heard holding their hands and Depp personally putting the aides in their ears. Photos show Heard in tears while other children also cried the moment they heard for the first time.

Later, Depp performed with Alice Cooper, Aerosmith’s Joe Perry and others members of the Hollywood Vampires group.

Below are photos the Starkey Hearing Foundation posted on Instagram, showing Depp and Heard working with children. The foundation hopes to provide 1 million hearing aides by the end of the decade.

Great to have the support of Amber Heard and Johnny Depp! Amazing day with the @hollywoodvampires! #StarkeyCares
