Tyga gets sued by club promoter for $100,000

A promoter has filed a lawsuit against Tyga for breaking what’s referred to as a radius clause, which means he exclusively performs at one club for a set amount of time.

Z Entertainment is suing The Gold Album rapper for $100,000 for breaking a $25,000 contract with Las Vegas club Body English.

According to TMZ signing the radius clause meant Tyga couldn’t perform at any other club in Vegas a week before his Body English appearance and a month after it. However, the promoter alleges in the lawsuit that Tyga performed at another Vegas club just one night before the Body English performance.

This apparently isn’t the first time Tyga has broken a contract with this promoter. He reportedly didn’t show up to a performance scheduled in Santa Monica, Calif. last November.

Tyga has been dating 17-year-old Kylie Jenner for about a year now and they made their red carpet debut together in Cannes in June. She turns 18 this month, meaning their relationship will finally be legal.
