Justin Bieber finally has a release date for his long-awaited fourth album. Although Journals came out at the end of 2013, it would be a proper follow-up to 2012’s Believe.
Billboard reported the release would come out on Nov. 13 and has yet to have a title. The song “What Do You Mean?” is scheduled as the first single, with an Aug. 28 release date.
To lead into it, the Biebs has been doing a countdown on his Twitter page, via a hashtag. Yesterday’s was #15Days:

Considering the three years between Believe and this untitled release, much has changed for the former teen pop star. For one, legal stuff aside, he claimed he would retire back in 2013. Manager Scooter Braun said he was just joking.
Then, Journals, the collection of Music Monday singles, introduced a more mature, R&B-influenced sound, but most of the tracks came and went with little promotion. Now, featured on Jack Ü’s “Where Are Ü Now,” it appears Bieber’s experimenting with EDM.
