Veep’s Tony Hale sat down with Yahoo to share some secrets and discuss his dream of a Veep House of Cards crossover.

Hale plays the character Gary Walsh on the hilarious HBO comedy series. Gary is (now) President Selina Meyer’s bag man. “My sweet character, Gary has gone into his 40s in this job. He is perfectly content. He worships Selina Meyer. He has this bag that carries around her stuff and I think he goes home at night and probably has his voice recorded with all these things in his bags and then puts a blindfold on and hits play and pretends how fast he can get them out of the bag, that’s like his extra curricular activity,” Hale says of his character.

Hale said he would like his character to be House of Cards’ Frank Underwood’s body person, but Gary would end up “dead in a day.” “I’d love for a crossover episode between House of Cards and Veep and just an hour of Gary with Frank Underwood. Talk about tension. Sitting in that tension knowing he just killed somebody and I’m next. And of course Robin Wright shares the s--- out of me,” the actor said.

Hale is nominated for his third Emmy for his role in Veep. Check out the funnyman’s confessional video below.
