A neighbor in Easthampton, New York called the cops to break up the lemonade stand, which was being run by the couple’s son and a few friends.
27east reports Jessica took to Instagram after they were asked to pack it in, mocking the situation with a photo of the boys in arrest stances.
“Lemonade dreams crushed by local neighbor, but not before raising lots of money for @loverecycled,” she wrote. “Thanks to all of our customers and big tippers! Thanks, Xander and Jaden, for crushing it today with Julian and Jerry.”
A neighbor called the cops to report illegally parked vehicles and the reason they were asked to leave was because of the village’s rules about peddling on its property.
The money raised was going to Jessica’s charity Baby Buggy.
