Harry Styles has long been rumored to want to branch off from One Direction and do his own thing, which he has denied in the past, but he is now reportedly considering acting if the right role came along.
Rumors about Styles possibly starting a solo career started back in 2013, but it obviously hasn’t happened yet. The band did just confirm they will take a hiatus, so perhaps Styles is now exploring his options.
“Harry is being offered acting stuff, but he hasn't accepted anything yet," a source told E! News. "He is not openly looking for stuff either but is open to offers."
The band will take a break to work on individual projects and take much-needed time off in March. Niall Horan tweeted earlier this week, “Ok so Lots of rumours going round. We are not splitting up, but we will be taking a well earned break at some point next year.”
"If he does expand into that field, he wants to make sure it is the right role,” the source continued of Styles.
