The cops were called to the Giudice’s summer home on the Jersey Shore, where Joe Giudice got into a fight with his 14-year-old daughter Gia and a neighbor who stepped in to diffuse the argument.
Joe locked Gia out of the house but when he eventually let her back in, he began screaming at her in the backyard.
A witness told TMZ a concerned neighbor went over there to try and break it up, but she ended up getting into an argument with Joe. The cops were called and she’s heard yelling, “this guy is crazy, he's dangerous, call the cops."
No arrests were made, and Joe’s daughters with wife Teresa Giudice begged the cops not to take him in.
Joe’s rep has responded, claiming the neighbor didn’t think it was appropriate that his young daughters were around during a party at their house.
Joe and his daughters are filming Bravo special while Teresa is in jail, carrying out her 15-month jail sentence for fraud. Joe will report to serve his 41-month sentence after she gets out this December.
