Trailer Park - 6/5 Edition: ‘Entourage,' Melissa McCarthy's ‘Spy’ hope you'll bring your crew to the movies

If you’re looking for a thrill, check out the new films hitting theaters this week. Evil spirits haunt families and a family man becomes the suspect in a missing child case. Also, a show loosely based on Mark Wahlberg’s life goes from HBO to the big screen.
Vince, E, Turtle, Drama and Ari are heading into theaters with Entourage, the film. In the one hour and forty-four minute comedy, agent Ari Gold is now the head of a studio and wants Vince to be the star of the first film under his regime. Vince agrees, but only on the condition that he also gets to direct. The HBO show turned film stars Adrian Grenier, Jeremy Piven, Kevin Dillon, Jerry Ferrara, Kevin Connolly, Emmanuelle Chriqui, Haley Joel Osment and Billy Bob Thornton. It’s rated R for language, sex, nudity and drugs.

A CIA analyst is finally given the opportunity to go into the field in Spy. Her mission is to go undercover to find a nuclear bomb and save the world from destruction. Melissa McCarthy, Jason Statham, Jude Law, Miranda Hart, Peter Serafinowicz, Allison Janney, Bobby Cannavale, Rose Byrne, and Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson star in the one hour and fifty-five minute comedy. It’s rated R for language, violence, sex and nudity.

A teenager girl is tormented by the dead in Insidious Chapter 3. A psychic tries to convince the spirits to let her go. The PG-13 horror film is a prequel to the popular series. It runs for one hour and thirty-seven minutes.

The story behind the legendary Beach Boys band is told in Love & Mercy. Set to the backdrop of Brian Wilson’s music, the two hour drama provides an in-depth look at the trials and tribulations of the founder and leader of the group. The PG-13 film is playing in limited theaters.

A fifteen-year-old missing child case is reopened in Wild Horses. New evidence points to a rich, ranch owner who becomes more suspicious when his alienated son comes back into town during the investigation. Robert Duvall, James Franco and Josh Hartnett star in the dramatic thriller. The one hour and forty minute limited released film is rated R for violence and language.

Two traveling salesmen are on a mission to find a store called “Party” in A Pigeon Sat on a Branch Reflecting on Existence. The one hour and forty minute comedic drama shows the variety of people and situations that they come in contact with. The PG-13 film is the third in Roy Andersson’s trilogy.

Following the death of their son, a couple tries to start anew in a new neighborhood in We Are Still Here. The town that they hoped would be their salvation has troubles of its own as evil spirits lie within the walls. The horror film runs in limited theaters for one hour and twenty-four minutes.

Vera Brittain’s World War I novel is the basis of Testament of Youth. The PG-13 drama uses a woman’s perspective to show the effects of the war. The two hour and nine minute film is available in limited theaters.

Thrill seekers will have more to see next week. Jurassic World is bringing dinosaurs to 3D and IMAX theaters on June 12.
