New ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ book allegedly stolen from publishers

On June 9th, this Tuesday, Penguin Random House publishers realized that a copy of Grey had disappeared. Police have started their investigation and hope to retrieve the missing copy.

After thousands of fans had requested to hear the story from Christian Grey’s point of view, author E.L James began to write a manuscript. When James announced the release of Grey, she told the Mirror,

“Christian is a complex character and readers have always been fascinated by his desires and motivations, and his troubled past.” She adds, “As anyone who has ever been in a relationship knows, there are two sides to every story.”

James and Random House fear that this highly anticipated book may be leaked or parts of the novel will be sold to the black market. Reporters from BBC asked Random House if they had any updates on the search to which they replied “We have no comment to make due to an ongoing police investigation.”

Even with all the drama, Grey is still said to be released on June 18, also known as Christian Grey’s birthday. James refuses to let her fans down.
