Maya Rudolph shows off her impersonation of Rachel Dolezal on ‘Late Night with Seth Meyers’

Maya Rudolph appeared on Monday night’s Late Night with Seth Meyers where she joined in on making fun of the ridiculous Rachel Dolezal.

Rudolph told Seth Meyers that SNL fans have been bugging her to go back on the show to do a skit on Dolezal. Much like Tina Fey and Sarah Palin, the resemblance between Rudolph and Dolezal would make a perfect sketch.

“I’ve been getting that kind of thing on a daily basis with Rachel Dolezal,” complains Rudolph.“People are like,‘it’s too bad you haven’t been on SNL since 2007."

Meyers shows a quick clip of an extremely awkward interview between a reporter and Dolezal where she is questioned if her father is black.

Rudolph and Meyers decides to satisfy the public by doing a quick skit where he plays the reporter and Rudolph plays Dolezal. The results are priceless.

The impression of Dolezal is absolutely hysterical as Rudolph perfectly captures the ridiculousness of the whole situation.

“I think America really missed out,” concludes Meyers, and we couldn’t agree with that more.
