Josh Brolin is engaged to his assistant, Kathryn Boyd, after dating for two years. They began dating a few months after his divorce from Diane Lane was finalized.
This will mark the third marriage for Brolin, who was also previously married to Alice Adair. He has two children with his first wife; Trevor, 26, and Eden, 20, and no children with Lane.
The Inherent Vice star’s rep confirmed the engagement to Us Weekly. They reportedly got engaged in April.
Earlier this month, they were spotted out in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, with a group of people and it seemed as if they were celebrating the engagement.
“They were with two tables worth of people so it was a big group, more than eight people," said a source. "They had a fixed menu and it seemed like they were celebrating something... It looked like a party and it seemed celebratory."
The source also said they were “super affectionate all night."
Brolin checked into rehab in Nov. 2013 and told The Guardian last year it was a “turning point” for him in his life, where he was able to sort out issues from his past.
