'General Hospital' Weekly Recap – Week of 4/27/15-5/1/15

Obrecht was over the moon when Franco walked into GH. She gushed about how much he had been missed and hoped he was returning to work. He told her that he was actually there about her niece and criticizing her for being mean. Franco then insisted on Nina's innocence in Avery’s kidnapping. Obrecht then explained that she gave Nathan surveillance footage showing Nina outside the exam room where Avery was. He defended Nina, but she wasn’t convinced. Obrecht then took him into an exam room and showed him the footage. He was sure it had been doctored. Obrecht then advised him to go through Nina's things to see if there was any evidence. Franco then replied by asking if there was really something secret about Nina that even she didn't know. She replied by suggesting that she might have just been trying to throw Nina off her game by telling her that.

Nina was in her and Franco’s hotel room reading about Avery’s kidnapping when Nathan dropped by. They discussed the case and he admitted that she was a suspect and that Obrecht gave him evidence that implicated her. She then told him about Obrecht implying that she had more dark secrets. Nathan then showed her the hospital's surveillance footage and they talked through what happened. Nina admitted that she looked in on Avery, but then left. Nathan replied that the surveillance system was shut down right when she was outside of the baby's room. He then suggested she get an attorney, but claimed that he believed she was innocent. Later, Franco come back and started searching through Nina's purse. She caught him doing it.

Downstairs, Sonny dropped by the restaurant and informed Carly that Kiki and Morgan drugged Michael and Carly got upset. "Morgan! Wait until I get my hands on him," she said. She then stormed out and Sonny ran after her as Lulu and Valerie arrived. They got a table and began to gossip. As Valerie talked about how much Sonny and Dante looked alike, Lulu faked on a grin. They then chatted about the Ball and how “the Haunted Starlets” needed a sixth dancer. Valerie offered to do it since she had been dancing for years and was a quick learner, but Lulu made excuses against the idea. "You don't want me," Valerie surmised. Lulu then felt awkward, backtracked then asked Valerie to take part in the number. Valerie guessed that Lulu wasn't comfortable having her around and wondered if she should just leave. Lulu wouldn't hear of it and hyped the Ball.

In his office at ELQ, Michael decided to call the cops on Kiki and Morgan. He called Dante over and they filled him in. Dante was sorry for doubting him and he was ashamed of their little brother’s actions. Dante then agreed to open an investigation. Then, Michael told him that Morgan and Kiki had their little sister. After Dante left, Michael wanted to start a petition to regain custody of Avery. Sabrina advised him to wait on that. He then thanked her for believing in him and being in his life. Then, they kissed.

Morgan and Kiki headed to Silas'. When they arrived, they we’re startled to find Avery sitting in the crib. She changed Avery’s diaper and they tried to figure out what happened. Then, Carly and Sonny barged in. Sonny grabbed the baby from Kiki's arms while Carly lectured them, but Morgan insisted that they didn't take her. Kiki then suggested they call the cops so the real kidnapper could be found, but Morgan didn't want the cops involved because the court would then give the baby back to Michael. Then, Dante started knocking at the door.

At The Metro Court restaurant, Lulu assured Valerie that Nikolas wouldn't be able to refuse her request. Since he wasn't answering his phone, she decided to go and see him in person. Lulu introduced Valerie to Olivia then ran off. The women began to chat and then Olivia suddenly started having pains.

Upstairs, Nina returned to her hotel room and caught Franco going through her purse. She grabbed it and then emptied it out to show there was no baby related evidence inside. He then told her that he had already seen the evidence Obrecht had. That flustered her and then she declared that she was moving out. They then bickered and he worried about what would happen if she went to prison and begged her to stay. "I'm gonna stay... you're going to leave," she replied, before showing him the door.

Rosalie rushed into Wyndemere with news about ELQ for Nikolas. She had some dirt on Ned, that he had given them to Franco and Nina. Nikolas was sure he could negotiate them away from them. Then, Lulu burst in so Rosalie left. She then quizzed Nikolas about Rosalie being his new girlfriend and then asked him to take Valerie in. Lulu made her case, but Nikolas guessed that she wanted Valerie out for more than just room. She begged until he gave in. After she left, he called Rosalie back in and he told her that she now had to also pretend to be his girlfriend.

Dante started banging on Silas' door, calling for Morgan and Kiki. Sonny asked Carly to hide the baby. He and Carly bickered about this until he answered the door. Dante came inside and started questioning Morgan and Kiki about Avery. He wanted to look around. Sonny asked him if he had a warrant. Dante didn't have one, but he did arrest Morgan and Kiki for drugging Michael. "This is such bull," Morgan whined as he was cuffed. Dante advised him to stay silent. "In the real world, you can't whine your way out of the consequences," he added. Carly stuttered as the duo was dragged out. Once they were gone, Sonny called his pilot to take the baby out of the country. Carly thought they needed to take care of Morgan first. Sonny then came up with an idea, which made her uncomfortable.

In his office at ELQ, Michael kissed Sabrina. She pulled away and then stuttered that they shouldn't. He insisted that his feelings for her were real. Then, Ned barged in and Sabrina ran away. Michael filled Ned in about being drugged and that Sabrina figured it all out. "No wonder you were kissing her," replied Ned. He then sheepishly told him about giving his shares to Franco, which didn't go over well. Before Ned could explain, Olivia called and he ran off. Later, Rosalie arrived. Michael sent her out as Sonny and Carly arrived. Carly then started apologizing to Michael, Sonny announced that he had the baby and that his people found her. He was vague about the details, but offered to have the baby brought back safe and sound if Michael dropped the charges against his brother and Kiki. Michael agreed if Sonny dropped his bid for custody. Sonny was reluctant, but Carly badgered him so he agreed.

Dante brought Kiki and Morgan into the interrogation room at the PCPD. Morgan didn't understand why he was so upset. Dante then explained the seriousness of the crimes he had committed. Dante then got a call from Valerie and headed for GH. Later, Michael had the charges dropped so Morgan and Kiki were released.

After Sonny called to drop his bid for custody, Carly returned to ELQ with Avery and handed her to Michael. He then promised the baby that she wouldn't be taken away again.

Sabrina strolled into GH and found Felix getting off the phone with Lucy. They chatted about Michael being drugged and then she explained that Michael had kissed her. He prodded for details. Then, Valerie rushed Olivia in as Ned arrived. As Olivia was being examined, Dante arrived. He thanked Valerie for looking out for his mom. She then assured him she wasn’t going anywhere. Then, Sabrina returned and explained that Olivia just had Braxton Hicks and that all was well. As a relieved Dante and Valerie hugged, Lulu stepped off the elevator and grimaced at them.

At Brad and Lucas’ place, the two discussed the Ball while in bed. Lucas told Brad that he would get to meet his cousin Valerie, who was staying with Nikolas. Brad then launched into a rant about Nikolas banishing Britt and admitted that he was missing Britt what with the Ball tonight. Brad also thought back to the drama of last year between the two of them and Felix. Lucas then assured Brad that he loved him and was happy with him and then they made love. Later, Lucas realized he was late for Magic Milo practice so he had to run. After Lucas left, there was a knock at the door and Brad was shocked when he answered it.

Lulu brought Valerie to Wyndemere to meet Nikolas and move in. Lulu asked Valerie to maybe keep an eye on her brother while was dating a woman who she had no idea about. She then asked if he was taking Rosalie to the Ball, but Nikolas said that he wasn’t ready to make it official just yet, so he was just taking Spencer. Lulu felt he needed a woman on his arm and suggested that Valerie join them. The two agreed to attend together and then Lulu took Valerie to her room.

Olivia woke up in her bed at GH and found that Ned had stayed the night in the room with her. He then told her that he was crazy about her and this baby, even if it wasn’t his. Then, Dante walked in, but he didn’t hear what Ned said. Ned then left them to find out when Olivia would be discharged. Dante and Olivia chatted until Ned returned with the news that Olivia was being discharged. Dante then decided to go find Lulu and headed out.

Elsewhere, Sam ran into Jake/Jason in the hall. He was heading to see Patrick for a follow-up on his surgery, but Sam said that Patrick had to cancel his appointments. She then said that she was glad they ran into one another as she had extra seats to the Ball and she suggested that he bring his wife so they could all get to know her. Jake/Jason thought it was a bad idea, as things could be tense what with Elizabeth and Ric there. Neither was a fan of Ric’s and Sam admitted that she felt he would be much better for Elizabeth. Jake/Jason eventually agreed to attend the ball.

At The Metro Court, Elizabeth and Molly set up for the Ball. Molly then told Elizabeth how happy she was that she and her dad were back together.

Elsewhere, Hayden found Ric and said that he owed her some money for paying off Pete. Ric promised to get her the money and suggested she leave before they were seen together, TJ caught them together. Ric sent her off and told TJ that she was a client of his. Ric and TJ then headed into the main room and met up with Elizabeth and Molly. As Ric and Elizabeth blew up balloons and made small talk, TJ told Molly about seeing her dad with some client earlier and how Ric clearly didn’t want them to be seen together. Molly thought he must have misinterpreted things, as her dad didn’t have anything to hide. Later, Ric confessed to Molly that he planned to propose to Elizabeth tonight.

Elsewhere, Jake/Jason showed up and ran into Elizabeth in the hall.
Carly tracked Pete down at his apartment and said she had a job for him pretending to be a guy named Jake, Carly then confronted him with the evidence she had on him and threatened to have him sent to prison for fraud. He claimed that all he was hired to do was model and take some photos, but Carly didn’t believe him. She then grilled him for a name as to who was paying him. Pete wouldn’t give her a name, but said enough for her to figure out that it was Ric.

Back at Wyndemere, Nikolas found Hayden waiting in his study and the two immediately began kissing. Meanwhile, Lulu and Valerie talked in another part of the mansion. Lulu told her about the estate and how this place was calming and could help her heal after her mother’s death. Lulu then decided to go check on Olivia and headed out. Then, Valerie walked into the study and found Nikolas and Hayden all over each other. She apologized and assumed that Hayden was Rosalie, which Hayden played along with. Valerie then excused herself to check out the kitchen and Hayden got jealous. She then asked Nikolas how many women he was sleeping with.

Lulu arrived at GH and met up with Dante. Elsewhere, Ned wheeled Olivia into the elevator and the two discussed how Dante almost walked in on them talking about the baby’s father. Olivia then said that fortunately he had no idea that the baby is Julian’s. From around the corner, Sam heard this and was stunned.

At Wyndemere, Nikolas and Hayden blackmailed each other, but quickly ended up in a passionate kiss. Then, Spencer walked in, interrupts them, and introduced himself. He assumed that Hayden was Valerie, but she said she wasn’t. Spencer then asked who she was, so Nikolas told him that she was just an associate who was leaving. Nikolas then saw her out and warned her not to contact him again, but she thought he would be contacting her since the sex was just that good. Later, Nikolas told Spencer to get ready for the Ball, but Spencer didn’t want to go this year as he had lost everything. Nikolas then told Spencer that sooner or later he was going to have to accept the loss of Emma and what had happened to his face. Spencer didn’t think he could, but Nikolas did. He then added that he would find the strength to get through this and that his mother would expect that of him.

At Pete’s apartment, Carly figured out that Ric was paying Pete, that Pete got the upper hand and was now blackmailing Ric. Carly then told Pete that she had more money than Ric does and offered to pay him off, which Pete gladly accepted. She then transferred a large amount of money to his account and he spilled everything to her. He told her that he had to get to an audition, but she wanted him to come to Port Charles with her. He refused, so she promised to give him the acting role of a lifetime tonight at the Ball. Pete got a tux as she asked him to and Carly said that this Ball was going to be the one nobody would forget.

At The Metro Court, Ric showed Molly the ring he picked out to propose to Elizabeth with, but Molly asks her dad not to do it. She said that it was too soon and he should take time to make sure it was really right. She worried that Elizabeth could have unresolved feelings for Jake/Jason, but Ric told Molly not to worry as he and Elizabeth were meant to be. Molly gave him a hug and was sure they would be happy together.

Outside the ballroom, Jake/Jason ran into Elizabeth. The two made small talk and he said that he heard she was back with Ric. She confirmed that, told him that Hayden paid her a visit and told her to keep away from him as they had reconnected in a marital way. Jake/Jason was furious and assured Elizabeth that he and Hayden had not connected in any sort of way. Elizabeth felt that maybe Hayden was just worried there was something between the two of them still. Jake/Jason wished there was and he admitted that he couldn’t stop thinking about her. Elizabeth then admitted that she missed him too. Then, Hayden showed up, interrupting an almost kiss between the two. Jake/Jason told Hayden that they needed to talk and he took her away. Elizabeth then headed back to Molly and Ric.

At GH, Obrecht asked Sam if she was okay because she was looking pale. Sam said that she was just looking for Patrick, but she couldn’t stop thinking about overhearing Olivia’s confession about the baby. Patrick caught up with Sam and she confided in him about what she heard Olivia admit. She then said that she didn’t know if she should tell Julian. Patrick felt it may not be her place to tell Olivia’s secret, but Sam feared that since they would be sitting with her parents tonight at the Ball that she wouldn’t be able to keep this a secret. Patrick then told her whatever she chose to do that he would be by her side, but he suggested she not bring it up tonight as that shouldn’t be what blows people away at the Ball.

Brad was shocked when he opened his door and found Britt there. He asked if this meant she was out of trouble, but Britt said that she was still in trouble. She told him how she and her father moved constantly and as it turned out her papa wasn’t that bad. He then asked why she risked coming back and she said for the Nurses’ Ball of course. Brad then filled her in on what had happened between him and Lucas, as well as what had happened to Spencer. She wished she could see him, but Brad doubted Nikolas would allow that. She also wished she could see her mother.

Suddenly, Obrecht knocked on Brad’s door demanding that he open it immediately or she would fire him. Britt hid and Brad opened the door. Obrecht stormed in knowing he had a houseguest. She told Brad to go to work now and when he left, she demanded her daughter come out. Britt asked how she knew that she was there. She told her that Faison let her know Britt was coming home and the two hugged. Obrecht then told her daughter that she had been so worried about her.

Britt was at Brad's place eating ice cream. They watched the red carpet broadcast of the Ball together and mocked the attendees. Then, he had to take off for the Ball.

At Wyndemere, Spencer refused to attend the Ball and moped about his disfigurement. Nikolas left with Valerie, Lulu and Dante. When Spencer flipped on the TV, he was shocked to see Emma on the red carpet with Cameron. He called Josslyn to rant at her for being a lousy “honey trap.” Later, Britt showed up and he leapt into her arms. He then moaned about how Emma couldn't stand to look at him. She then pushed him to fight for her and go to the Ball.

Lucas called Brad from the red carpet to see if he could make it. Brad promised to make it to the opening act. Olivia and Ned made their way down the carpet. Sam and Patrick walked after them and she muses about Olivia carrying her future sibling. Then, guest after guest went down the red carpet. Maxie and Spinelli were interviewed. Before they could walk off, the reporter pointed out Nathan and Ellie walking down the red carpet together. Maxie's jaw dropped and she when she went to confront them, Spinelli stepped on her dress and she tripped and fell on her face. Maxie then dragged Spinelli away. Ellie was upset she upset them, but then Nathan pointed out that was the whole point of them being there together.

In her dressing room, Lucy freaked out about having nothing to wear. Felix tried calming her down.

Meanwhile, Carly dragged Pete into a supply closet. She was determined to make sure that tonight would be a night Ric would never forget. She then headed out to the ball room and found Ric. She wished him all the happiness in the world and they shook on it. Then, Lucy got up on stage to start the event. After she gave the history of the Ball, the nursing staff of GH took to the stage for a musical number about raising money. Once it ended to applause, there is a small explosion and Obrecht appeared. She then gave her rendition of "99 Red Balloons" as she popped balloons all over the stage as Lucy huffed and puffed. There was sparse applause. Lucy then ushered her off the stage. Carly then nabbed Spinelli and dragged him to the control room.

Molly headed over to Elizabeth’s table and handed her a box to open as Ric performed. Ric then came up on stage and talked about his year and the second chances he had received before asking Elizabeth to open the box. It was a ring. He then performed "Marry You." But as he did, Carly had a projection of Hayden and Jake/Jason's wedding photo interrupt. She then jumped up, grabbed the microphone and called Pete up to the stage. Pete then explained that he and Hayden were paid off by Ric. Elizabeth then narrowed her eyes and ran out and Ric chased after her into the hall. When he caught up with her, she slapped him. He tried to rationalize his actions, but Elizabeth yelled that she had given him many chances, that he wasn’t good enough for her, that she never wanted to see him again and she stormed off.

Jake/Jason and Hayden exited the Ball. He asked her who she was. She replied that everything she told him about herself was true, but everything she said about him was a lie. Carly then popped up to bark at Ric until he left and then she ordered Hayden out. Nikolas tracked Elizabeth down in the dressing room. She vented about Ric and worried about Jake/Jason. Nikolas then muttered that Jake/Jason really was married. Elizabeth then said that she was determined to be with Jake/Jason. "Jake is Jason!" Nikolas yelled.

Back in the Ball, Lucy called Brad up for an impromptu number. Reluctantly, Brad gave in and performed the same song Ric did. Felix sent a team of men to back up Brad. Everyone applauded and Lucy thanked him for performing a song he didn't pick. Then, everyone's jaws dropped as Brad made his way over to Lucas and proposed.
