They certainly do grow up so fast. Former Disney Channel stars Dylan and Cole Sprouse graduated from New York University on Wednesday.
People Magazine reported that the twenty-two year old actors, known for their roles as Zack and Cody on the Disney Channel hit series The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, graduated from NYU’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study with honors.
According to E Online, the brothers majored in different fields: Dylan studied video game design, while Cole majored in archaeology.
The Sprouse twins made their acting debut in 1993, starring in ABC’s Grace Under Fire. They then went on to star in Big Daddy alongside Adam Sandler, and Cole played Ross Gellar’s son Ben on Friends. The two put their acting careers on hold in 2011 to enroll in school.
Both Sprouse twins shared several graduation pics on their social media accounts to share their special day with fans.
Dylan made a reference to Kanye West’s song “Stronger” and Jay Z’s song “On To The Next One” in his Instagram
post. He posted a picture standing beside his brother Cole dressed in their graduation best captioned, “Smarter better faster stronger. Finished NYU now on to the next.”
Cole took to Twitter to post a fun collage of pictures of him and Dylan, where he even compared himself and his brother to the blond haired boy emoji.
We just graduated! Dylan bit me right after the last pic. #NYU pic.twitter.com/xTb8g1YNW6

All joking aside, Cole took a more serious tone and reflected on his graduation and how he overcame being a child actor.
“We've tried to do right, to fix some of the negative stereotypes of child stardom. We've had some bumps, but I'm so glad we went to Uni,” he tweeted.
