Last Week on The Haves and the Have Nots, Benny confronts Tony, a stranger takes interest in Candace, Jeffrey gets away from Quincy and Wyatt confesses.
Jim goes back into Amanda's room and sees everything's been cleaned up. He starts speaking and realizes Katheryn is in there. She's surprised how vulnerable Jim has become. She tells him to look out the window and he sees Wyatt talking to the DA. He is confused at first but Katheryn tells him that he might be confessing and that she doesn't care.
Jim doesn't run out to stop him because he thinks it feels right. Katheryn tells him that she's tired of the hell he put her though and he asks why they continue with their marriage. She tells him that she doesn't know why she wont leave. She continues to tell him the "I told you so" with Wyatt and Amanda. She tells Jim that she is done and wants a divorce because making him suffer isn't worth it.
Jim agrees to the divorce and Katheryn asks him about the $7.4 million (the money he gave to Candace), and tells him that after court, that will be his settlement.
Candace goes to Sally to look at a house and has a flashback of the first time she meets Jim and started their affair. She asks to see another house next door and thinks Benny might like it.
David goes to Jeffrey's apartment and finds it in a mess. He calls Veronica and asks where Jeffrey is. She tells him that she doesn't know and seems to not really care. When David tells her there is blood on the floor and that it doesn't belong to Candace, Veronica is upset that Quincy didn't do his job. David threatens her but she brushes him off and hangs up.
Jim and Katheryn talk to Wyatt about his meeting with the DA. He admits to telling her that they were all involved in covering up his hit and run. He tells them that he's also going to tell Hanna. They don't act surprised by his confession and dismiss him. He is slightly confused by their nonchalant attitude and goes upstairs.
Candace is shown the other home and loves it. She agrees to take them both and pay in cash. the Realtor gets ready to call the seller and Candace leaves to make a call of her own.
Veronica speaks to Quincy on the phone and asks where Jeffrey. He told her that he beat Jeffrey up and that Candace wasn't there. He tells her that if he doesn't find Candace then he'll kill Jeffrey. She tells him that she'll put him back in jail and he tells her the only way he'll go back is with a murder charge on Jeffrey and a Rape charge on her.
Jeffrey is at the hospital with two fractured ribs and internal bleeding. Jeffrey refuses to explain why he's so beat up and the doctor tells him that he'll have to report any unexplained injuries and Jeffrey tells him to go ahead and leaves.
Benny and his friend are at the towing auction. The bidding starts but they are outbid quickly.
The police go to Veronica with a search warrant for the car. Veronica agrees to the search and threatens to sue if anything is broken. As they search, Veronica thinks David is the one who sent them.
David meets with Landon and Maggie. He asks if Landon spoke to Jeffrey but no luck. He goes to Candace's room and she asks him if he was involved in the release of Quincy. She calls the hotel desk and tells them she's checking out in fear of Quincy finding him. Jeffrey shows up and and they see how Quincy beat him up badly. Candace tells David that this is Veronica's doing.
David leaves after finding out what Veronica did. Candace gets ready to leave and Jeffrey tells her that he didn't tell Quincy where she was.
Michael goes to see Hanna after she calls him. She tells him that their relationship cannot continue. He asks to take things slow but she tell him that they can only be friends. He's a little upset and apologizes for being too forward and agrees to being friends. As he leaves, Benny walks in. He tells Michael to leave.
David is very upset and Maggie tries to calm him down. Veronica shows up and throws a drink in Maggie's face. Landon tells Maggie not to do anything because of the cameras and they leave.
He asks her about Quincy and she asks him about the DA. He tells her he didn't call them and continues asking about Quincy but she wont let the DA go. She finally admits to letting Quincy beat the gayness out of Jeffrey and David asks if she's on drugs again. He tells her that he doesn't know who she is anymore. He calls her a "vindictive, simple bitch." She tells him that she was the one who created all of their wealth.
When David calls Veronica a "simple bitch" again, she starts destroying the bar in the hotel, but David just leaves and Veronica leaves too.
Next Week: The season finale is filled with jaw dropping surprises that will only leave you in shock. Will Quincy find Candace, has Jeffrey had enough after Melissa shows up, will Veronica finally go too far and will Wyatt go to jail?
