LeBron James on his turnover issues: 'I Suck'

Cleveland Cavaliers forward LeBron James had some disparaging comments about his struggles with turning the ball over this season.

During a 106-97 loss against the Atlanta Hawks on Friday night James tied a season-high with nine turnovers. It was his ninth game this season with at least seven turnovers; the Cavaliers have gone 4-5 in those games. ESPN reports that after the game James broke down the root of his problem.

"As far as turnovers, I suck, I suck," he said. "Tonight was another one of those nights."

James called most of his turnovers from the loss careless mistakes and added that he needs to improve on not losing possession of the ball. According to Complex James is averaging a career-high 4.2 turnovers per game this season.

The statistics from James' most turnover prone seasons may show a trend as he was adjusting to a different situation in eachone. In his rookie season, James averaged 3.5 tunovers a game and 3.6 during his first season as a member of the Miami Heat. This is James' first season back with Cleveland after leaving in free agency in 2010.

The Cavaliers are hopeful that James' turnover problem can be resolved quickly as the playoffs are fastly approaching. At the moment, Cleveland is the fourth seed in the Eastern Conference with a record of 39-25.
