This week on Archer, the ISIS team endured a team-building exercise of being stuck in an elevator together. What made the episode comical was no one had any idea they were doing an exercise until the end.
Archer and the gang were on their way to an early staff meeting when the elevator jammed. What happened next made for 30 minutes of comedic genius as the characters had to work together to find a way out. Along the way, we were educated on the importance of the sweater-vest, and what happens if you smoke a cigarette within close proximity of a woman who's breastfeeding.
The episode also added some throwbacks, especially when Archer explained how he was an expert on food rationing. We also saw how close everyone at ISIS really is, considering the number of intimate relationships that came out of the quality time they've spent together at the office.
'Vision Quest' saw everyone working together towards a common goal, which emphasized the importance of team work in a work environment. Here's a look at our top ten moments from the episode.

10. "What's Up His Butt?"
The episode opened with Cheryl and Pam complaining about the early morning staff meeting on the way to the office. They met up with Krieger, who got jumpy every time they asked what was up one of their coworker's butts. It seemed maybe he was conducting experiments on his coworkers again, especially since he was clutching a thermos of 'human soup.'
It's like a butthole, it's not for getting out, it's for getting in. #ArcherFX

9. "You're Not My Coal Mine Supervisor"
Once everyone including Archer and Lana were in the elevator, it started to jam. When Archer managed to get the door open with help from Ray and Krieger, they were met with a brick wall. Cheryl got a little too excited when Archer began barking orders at everyone leading to a modified version of her catchphrase, "You're not my supervisor." She thought the elevator took them to a coal mine, which was classic her.
"YOU'RE NOT MY COAL MINE SUPERVISOR." Goddamn I love this show. #ArcherFX @missjudygreer

8. Realizing They're Trapped
After realizing the elevator was stuck, everyone went crazy from the initial shock. Cheryl attacked Pam for her bearclaw, while Archer smelled a bagel on Cyril. With everyone attacking each other, Archer pulled out his gun and fired, leaving everyone with tinnitus. Once everyone calmed down, he apologized, knowing how it felt to have the ringing in his ears.

7. Cyril's Fashion Sense
While in the elevator, Lana expressed how hungry she was, since she skipped breakfast for the meeting. Once everyone took stock of the food they had, Archer took charge and ordered Cyril to take off his sweater-vest, so they could use it as a table-cloth. Cyril didn't want it on the floor, so Archer suggested they hung it on the wall. Since it didn't have sleeves, that wouldn't work either. Archer took it as an opportunity to poke fun at the way Cyril dressed, since the sweater vest was a useless garment in times of stress.

6. Pirate King Nod
While determining food rations, Archer declared himself the expert, since he was the only on out of the group to be lost at sea. This was a throwback to the thrid season episode 'Heart of Archness,' where Archer ran off to Hawaii after witnessing Barry murder his fiance Katya. He explained how he rationed food for himself and Rip Riley, only to eat all the food before the latter woke up.
Also... the "Heart of Archness" 3 part story arc is the BEST set of Archer episodes...

5. Cheryl Tunt, Mind Reader
Cheryl provided her own brand of comedy by revealing her ability to read people's minds. She seemed to have a good read on people when Archer asked her what they were all thinking:
"You want to drink, you want to lecture us, you want more bear claws, you want to smoke, you want to masturbate, and you’re afraid we’ll all find out you’re just a Krieger clone."

4. Silence of the Lambs Reference
Archer attempted to use Cyril's sweater-vest as a table cloth for food. When Cyril objected, Archer resorted to 'Buffalo Bill' phrasing when he explained how the vest would help them:
"It puts the vest on the floor, we put food and drink on the vest."

3. Ray Wants to Smoke
Since Cheryl mentioned he wanted to smoke, Ray attempted to light a cigarette in the confined space. Lana immediately objected, since she was breastfeeding, which backed up Cheryl saying she wanted to lecture them. Ray and Lana got into a struggle, while Archer and Pam convinced Cyril to start masterbating.
Ray and Lana are probably my favorite from Archer.

2. Pam Sprung a Leak
With all the liquor she drank before coming to work, Pam had to use the bathroom. She had no problem pulling down her pants in front of her coworkers and urinating in the 40oz bottle she just drank from. While Ray was calling 911 for help, she accidentally spilled the bottle, leading to everyone getting soaked in her urine. It was here Archer explained the rules of cashmere to Lana after apologizing to Cyril for trying to use his sweater-vest to clean up the mess.
We also got a recap of how many people have seen Pam's lady parts including Lana, which was a throwback to season one. Everyone also saw Lana's lady parts, since she recently gave birth.
"It’s cashmere, Lana. There are rules. Cyril, seriously, I’m sorry; I didn’t know." #Archer @ArcherFX

1. The Team-Building Exercise
Everyone lunged for Archer after they tried getting through to Malory on their phones. At the same time, Malory arrived at the office to unjam the elevator and free everyone. When she tried to explain herself, Lana pieced it together that the elevator jam was the exercise. Malory was going to show the film Vision Quest, which they sort of went through in the elevator.
What do you get when you spend an entire episode of Archer with the characters trapped in an elevator? Comedy gold. pic.twitter.com/ayRm64jUQq
