Scarlett Johansson to star in 'The Psychopath Test'

One can't throw a stone in Hollywood these days without hitting someone who wants or has Scarlett Johansson attached to their project. So it would only be appropriate the actress is now attached to yet-another film in the works. Black Widow herself is now ready to play The Psychopath Test for director Jay Roach (Meet the Parents).

Deadline reported on the exclusive. A psychological thriller written by Kristin Gore (the much-delayed and just recently-released Accidental Love) and based on Jon Ronson's book of the same name, The Psychopath Test explores how the medical community diagnoses remorseless, deadly psychopaths.

Roach, in addition to directing, produces the upcoming picture with Brian Grazer of Imagine Entertainment. Roach works under his own banner, Everyman Pictures, and is also works alongside fellow producers Finola Dwyer and Amanda Posey. Universal Pictures is set to finance and distribute the feature.

Roach and Gore, in addition to this, also work on the HBO comedy pilot Women In Space. That upcoming show focuses on a group of women with a mission to colonize another planet. They continue to hold their positions are director and writer, respectively.

Next seen in Marvel's Avengers: Age of Ultron on May 1, Johansson also soon stars in the Coen brothers' upcoming Hail, Caesar! and Jon Favreau's The Jungle Book, all currently slated to be released next year. She also is attached to lead DreamWorks live-action remake of Ghost in the Shell and reteams with Captain America in Captain America: Civil War.
