While the Oscars celebrate the best in cinema tonight, the Razzies gave their "praises" to the worst last night.
As expected, Kirk Cameron's Saving Christmas and Michael Bay were the big winners of the night. The former took home Worst Picture, Actor, Screenplay and Screen Combo, celebrating Cameron and his ego. Bay, meanwhile, took home Worst Director and also found his produced-effort Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles with an award.
The award ceremony, as seen on The Playlist, also gave Kelsey Grammer "honors" for his supporting work in The Expendables 3, Legends of Oz: Dorothy's Return, Think Like a Man Too and Transformers: Age of Extinction. Cameron Diaz, meanwhile, got the Worst Actress prize for starring in Sex Tape and the completely terrible The Other Woman.
While Diaz was nominated for her horrendous work in the Annie remake, Megan Fox took the Worst Supporting Actress award for her admittely bad work in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Annie did, however, take home Worst Remake, Sequel or Rip-Off.
Meanwhile, the Razzies gave a prize that was actually positive. They gave their first Redeemer Prize, which went to a celebrity who won a Razzie in the past, but turned themselves around in 2014. The first Redeemer award went to Ben Affleck, who won in 2003 for Gigli but, of course, has took a change for the better with Best Picture winner Argo and also starring in last year's Gone Girl.
If you asked IMDb, the Razzies got it right this year. Saving Christmas has been considered the worst movie ever since December and continues to hold that title.
