10. Vampire Academy
If the Hot Topics-wearing “hipster” in the back of the class making unfunny, unwitty sarcastic remarks to everyone’s chagrin were a movie, it would be Vampire Academy.
With its head so far up its ass, it can’t see how stupid and cloying it really is. It’s the kind of movie which treats its target audience like idiots and its other audience like they’re equally oblivious to obvious observations and social commentary. In the same mold as the Juno wannabes like Jennifer's Body, but too scared to push past its PG-13 rating, it's a waste in every means possible, from its miscast stars, to its generic direction, to its godawful script. At the end of the Vampire Academy is the only one moronic enough to think it’s intelligent, thoughtful or original.
