Sienna Miller taking over ‘Cabaret’ after Emma Stone finishes Broadway run

The Roundabout Theatre has picked its third Sally Bowles for its current production of Cabaret. Sienna Miller will take over after Emma Stone finishes next month.

The company said that Miller will step in on Feb. 17. She will be playing the iconic role for just over a month, as she will lead the production through its closing performance on March 29.

Earlier this week, Roundabout announced that Stone had agreed to continue playing the role through Feb. 15, extending her stay by two weeks. She took over from Michelle Williams in November.

While both Williams and Stone were making their Broadway debuts in the production, Entertainment Weekly notes that it is not Miller’s first time on the Great White Way. She previously starred in Roundabout’s After Miss Julie in 2009, which marked her Broadway debut.

Cabaret is being performed at Studio 54. Alan Cumming will remain the Emcee through the final performance.

Miller can be seen in two Oscar favorites this winter, American Sniper and Foxcatcher. She also just finished work on Black Mass, the Johnny Depp-starring Whitey Bulger movie.
