Film and Broadway actor and producer Orlando Bloom turns 38 today. Bloom made his film debut in Wilde in 1997. In 1999, he was cast in his first major role in The Lord of the Rings film trilogy, winning the Best Ensemble Acting award at the Screen Actors Guild Awards in 2003 for the third film, The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King.
In 2003, Bloom starred opposite Keira Knightley and Johnny Depp in Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl and reprised his role for the sequels Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest and Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End. Bloom went on to star in Troy, Elizabethtown, The Good Doctor, The Three Musketeers, The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug and The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies.
Bloom made his Broadway stage debut in Romeo and Juliet in August 2013.
Bloom has a son, Flynn Christopher Blanchard Copeland Bloom, with model and former wife Miranda Kerr.
Liam Hemsworth, 25

Actor Liam Hemsworth turns 25 today. Hemsworth is the younger brother of Chris Hemsworth (Thor). He began his career in 2007 with guest appearances on the shows Home and Away and McLeod's Daughters. He then appeared in Neighbours, an Australian soap opera. He later had roles in the television series Satisfaction and starred in the British film Triangle and the film Knowing.
Hemsworth moved to the United States in March 2009 where he landed the part of Will Blakelee in the 2010 drama The Last Song, based on the Nicholas Sparks novel by the same name. He also appeared in the music video "When I Look at You" by Miley Cyrus, which was also the film's theme song.
Hemsworth plays Gale Hawthorne in The Hunger Games series. In 2013, Hemsworth appeared in Empire State with Emma Roberts and Paranoia.
Julia Louis-Dreyfus, 54

Actress, comedian and producer Julia Louis-Dreyfus turns 54 today. Louis-Dreyfus started her comedic career on stage and was later cast in Saturday Night Live from 1982 to 1985. Her breakthrough came in 1990 when she played Elaine Benes on Seinfeld. Louis-Dreyfus later went on to the CBS series The New Adventures of Old Christine.
Louis-Dreyfus also had many roles in films including Hannah and Her Sisters, National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, Deconstructing Harry, Enough Said, A Bug's Life and i>Planes.
Louis-Dreyfus currently stars as Selina Meyer, U.S. Vice President, in the HBO satirical comedy series Veep.
Louis-Dreyfus has won a Golden Globe out of seven nominations and won five Emmys out of 18 nominations. She has also received six Screen Actors Guild Awards, five American Comedy Awards and two Critics' Choice Television Awards. Louis-Dreyfus received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2010 and was inducted into the Television Academy Hall of Fame in 2014.
Louis-Dreyfus married Saturday Night Live comedian Brad Hall in 1987. They have two children together, Henry and Charles.
