“General Hospital” weekly recap – Week of 1/19/15-1/23/15

Shawn was at Luke's old house. He was about to break into the basement when Michael interrupted. He assumed that Sonny sent Shawn and demanded to know why. Shawn just advised him to leave. Michael then replied that didn't want him there.

At The Haunted Star, Dante insisted to Lulu that letting Johnny into her business was a bad idea. He then suggested that she sell her half of The Haunted Star to him. She replied that she wouldn't sell the boat that belonged to her father. When he began taunting Dante about Olivia, they started brawling, but Lulu stopped it. She then took Dante aside and told him that they needed to decide things together. Dante then got a call from Michael and offered to take Lulu home. She insisted on staying to clean up. Once he left, Lulu then wanted to know if Dante was right about him. Zacchara insisted that he just wanted a fresh start... and to see her.

Dante got to the old Spencer house. Michael explained that he caught Shawn breaking in, but Dante couldn't arrest Shawn because he wasn't there and the fact that Michael didn't even own the building. Michael then asked for a restraining order against Shawn.

“Luke” and Helena were on the pier contemplating The Haunted Star. She recalled giving it up and looked forward to Sam's elimination. Helena then explained that she sent “soldier boy” after Sam. “Luke” worried about Michael poking around the old Spencer house. Helena then started to worry when she realized that she hadn't heard from her soldier.

Jake/Jason snuck into Sam's as she and Patrick headed upstairs. As he walked around the room, memories of Sam flooded in. Suddenly, Robin materialized. He threatened to shoot her so she pointed out that she was only in his head. She then explained that she was an old friend of his and was there to stop him from killing Sam. Jake/Jason replied that he didn't have choice. Robin then started to explain who Sam was when Helena called and interrupted. Jake/Jason said Sam had company. She ordered him to kill them both. Upstairs, Sam and Patrick were making out as she unbuttoned his shirt. She stopped when she noticed the photo of Jason facing her. Patrick then said that he understood if she didn't want to go any further. She replied that she did and put the photo away.
After they made love, Patrick wondered if dream Patrick was as good as the real thing and asked Sam if she was thinking about Jason. As they cuddled, Jake/Jason started to ease the bedroom door open.

Julian and Sonny were in Pentonville debating how much danger their sons were in. Sonny insisted that sending Shawn to investigate “Luke” was their best bet. Their arguing got heated so Gino, Johnny's thug, called in a few guys. Sonny and Julian beat up Gino's boys. Threatening Gino, they demanded his phone. Once Sonny had it, he called Shawn for an update. Shawn told him about the house and catching “Luke” with Helena. He then explained that the house was owned by Bill.

Maxie wandered into The Haunted Star looking for Lulu, but found Johnny instead. She filled him in on being a mom, showed him pictures of her daughter and he talked about how he wanted to name his child Harper. The topic then turned to Nathan. He then started flirting with her, but Maxie made it clear that she was crazy about Nathan. He doubted that Nathan was right for her, but she explained how much she had changed and how she was sure that Nathan would be okay with them being friends.

Dante ran into Nathan at Kelly’s while he was looking for Shawn. He filled him in about the Johnny situation. After admitting that he was wrong, Dante decided to get some flowers for Lulu and headed home. Maxie soon arrived and got lovey-dovey with Nathan.

When Lulu got home, she found Olivia sleeping on the couch. She woke her up and filled her in about her fight with Dante over Johnny. Olivia thought that selling her half of The Haunted Star might be a good plan. Olivia then admitted that she wasn’t the best person to give anyone advice. Once Olivia left, Lulu got into bed when she heard Dante coming. He had flowers for her and apologized. She ignored him at first, but then accepted his flowers and apology. Lulu then added that Johnny insisted that he was out of the mob.

In Pentonville, Julian and Sonny pondered who “Luke” could be. Sonny then told Julian about Bill Eckert. Then, the phone rang. It was Johnny. Sonny teased him then hung up. Sonny and Julian then tried to think up a way to prove “Luke” was Eckert.

On the pier, Helena told “Luke” that she ordered her soldier to kill Sam and Patrick. He didn’t think that killing Patrick was a good idea. Then, Nikolas appeared and demanded to know how they suddenly had become partners in crime. Nikolas then asked them how Lulu would feel about it. “Luke” then lectured him and ordered him to keep seeing him and Helena together to himself. After Nikolas wandered off, Helena worried about Jake/Jason not calling.

Jake/Jason snuck into Sam's room. He took aim at her and Patrick, but began having more flashbacks. Jake/Jason got his gun ready again as they slipped into the shower. After spotting the phoenix statue Sam once gave him, he grabbed it. When he heard Sam and Patrick finishing their shower, he snuck out. She sensed that someone was there but was soon distracted by more sex with Patrick.

Down by the pier, Jake/Jason was troubled by more flashes. As he held the phoenix statue, he keeled over.

It was a new day and Sam and Patrick woke up in Sam’s bed. She noticed her phoenix statue was missing and only the dragon remained. She then got upset, telling Patrick how Jason had it on him when Faison shot him. She then said that she thought someone broke in while they were in the shower last night and took it. Patrick then suggested that she talk to Danny, Alexis or the housekeeper to see if maybe they saw it somewhere else.

On the docks, Jake/Jason was found passed out by a cop. Paramedics arrived and realized that he was suffering from hypothermia. They carted him off, leaving the phoenix statue behind.

At GH, Lucas and Elizabeth chitchatted about Michael’s new clinic project. Suddenly, the paramedics brought in Jake/Jason, who was conscious, but didn’t remember what happened to him. Elizabeth told him that he was found passed out at Pier 54. He remembered holding the phoenix statue there, but nothing else. Lucas then ordered some tests on him.

Elsewhere at GH, Anna and Jordan met and Anna told Jordan that this may be the last time she would see her since she was called to D.C. to discuss her actions with the WSB heads. Anna then told Jordan that Nathan and Dante would do their best to protect her. Jordan replied that she felt she should just run, but Anna begged her not to. Jordan agreed on the condition that if things went sour for Anna in DC that she would calls her to warn her and give her a chance to get out. Anna then thanked her and told her how much she respected her. Jordan wished Anna luck.

Sonny called Michael at the Quartermaine mansion. Sonny warned him to stay away from “Luke’ and the old Spencer house. Michael lashed out at Sonny, telling him not to give him orders or contact him again. Then, he stormed into the living room where Tracy and “Luke” were and he told them about his call from Sonny. Michael also filled them in on catching Shawn snooping around the old house. “Luke” got upset and told Michael that he should build his clinic elsewhere. Tracy thought having the house torn down would help “Luke” exorcise his memories of it, but “Luke” said that wasn’t up to him. He then said that somehow the house got left to Bill Eckert. Upon hearing Bill's name, Tracy thought maybe it was best that Michael build the clinic elsewhere.

At Kelly’s, Alexis walked in and served Shawn with a restraining order barring him from the old Spencer house. As Alexis and Shawn argued, Carly got a call from Elizabeth about Jake/Jason and she took off.

At Pentonville, Julian and Sonny plotted to find out who “Luke” was. Sonny then called Shawn and told him that he suspected that Eckert was the one out to bring them down. Sonny wanted Shawn to dig up Bill’s grave and find out if he was really dead. Later, someone unknown called Sonny’s phone. He answered it and it was “Luke” calling. He warned Sonny that there were consequences for his and Julian’s plotting and that the sins of the fathers shall be visited upon the sons.

Back at GH, Carly arrived to check on Jake/Jason. She wondered what happened to him. Jake/Jason told her that he didn’t remember. Lucas said they were running some tests on him. Jake/Jason told Carly that all he remembered was the phoenix statue. Carly thought the figurine must be in his bag, so she went to look inside. She was shocked to find a gun. Outside the room, Patrick arrived to speak with Elizabeth about Jake/Jason’s case.

Sam went to the docks and remembered diving down to try and recover Jason’s body, but how she only found the phoenix figurine.

Maxie and Nathan woke up together in bed. Nathan told Maxie that Johnny implied she had a history with him. Maxie said they had a pretend dating relationship for business, but that there was a mutual attraction. Maxie then told Nathan that Johnny had a history of doing the wrong thing for the right reasons.

On the docks, Jordan met with Duke and Shawn to talk business. When Jordan left to check on a shipment, Shawn confided in Duke that “Luke” was still posing as Luke and that Sonny believed he was Bill Eckert. Shawn then added that Sonny asked him to dig up Bill’s grave to find out if he was dead or not. Jordan, who was hiding around the corner, heard all of this. Later, Jordan trailed Shawn when he left.

In Pentonville, “Luke” talked to Sonny over the phone and threatened Lucas and Michael. Sonny warned “Luke” to stay away from them, but “Luke” wondered what they could do to stop him. Sonny then threatened to expose “Luke” as Bill Eckert. “Luke” tried to play it off that he wasn’t Eckert and that Eckert was dead. Sonny replied that they would see about that. “Luke” then told Sonny to stay out of his business or Michael and Lucas would pay. Sonny tried to offer up his territory if it would keep Michael safe. “Luke” was surprised that Sonny was willing to hand over his coffee kingdom so easily, but said that he would just take what he wanted now. Then, “Luke” hung up on Sonny. Sonny then told Julian that they had one option left now, to bust out.

At GH, Michael met with Lucas to discuss the clinic. He wanted Lucas’ input and suggested they go down to the waterfront so he could show him the current plans.

Elsewhere, Patrick talked with Elizabeth about Jake/Jason’s latest incident and his memory issues. Patrick started to wonder if Sam was right and Jake/Jason was the man who took her hostage. Elizabeth defended Jake/Jason.

In Jake/Jason’s room, Carly was stunned to find a gun with a missing serial number in his duffle bag along with a black suit and mask. She said they looked a lot like what the gunman who took Sam hostage wore. Jake/Jason had no explanation for them and begged Carly not to tell anyone. Then, Elizabeth and Patrick walked in to check on Jake/Jason. Carly kept quiet and took Jake/Jason’s bag as she left, saying she would keep it safe for him.

In the hallway, Michael was leaving with Lucas and ran right into Carly. Carly was filled in on Lucas’ role in Michael’s new project. She said that she was happy for them both. Michael excused himself and told Lucas he would wait outside for him. Lucas told Carly not to give up on Michael. She said she wouldn’t. Carly then returned to Jake/Jason’s room where he thanked Carly for not ratting him out. Carly suggested they find out the truth about what happened by going back to see Kevin Collins.

Alexis and Sam met for lunch at Kelly’s. Sam told Alexis that her night with Patrick was wonderful. Sam then added that her phoenix statue was gone and how she was certain someone had stolen it. Alexis suggested that she was fixating on the figure because she felt guilty for sleeping with Patrick. Sam dismissed that and said her phoenix statue was missing and that she wanted it back. Later, Patrick called Sam to invite her to dinner.

Shawn arrived at the cemetery to dig up Bill’s grave. Jordan spied on him, but he caught her.

Lucas and Michael arrived at the docks. Michael got a call from “Luke,” who asked Michael to bring Lucas and meet him at The Haunted Star to discuss the clinic. As Michael was on the phone, Lucas happened to find Sam’s phoenix statue on the ground. He put it his pocket.

In Pentonville, Sonny told Julian that they needed to break out to save their sons. After that, they disappeared. Then, Franco interrupted and asked if they had room for one more on their trip. He threatened to tell the guards about their phone and escape plan. Franco then demanded Sonny's phone or he would rat them out. There was someone he wanted to check up on. Sonny caved and Franco walked off with the phone. Sonny then told Julian that, one way or another, they were still breaking out tomorrow.

Kiki brought Ava's baby to visit her in the cell. She suddenly decided it was a mistake and ran off, saying that she was the baby's mother now. Ava then woke up from this nightmare as Madeline showed up to taunt her. "You ruined everything for me," Ava yelled. Madeline insisted that it was all Nina’s fault and started sobbing. She was just rehearsing for her trial. Ava doubted anyone would buy it, but Madeline was sure she would be walking free. A guard then arrived and sent Madeline back to her cell for the night. When he had Ava alone, he pulled out a knife. She wondered who sent him. He got called off to another cell block. "To be continued," he said.

At the mental hospital, Nina played Battleship with Heather, who liked her and said they didn't belong in there. They then sat down and talked about the people who had betrayed them. Heather jumped when Nina mentioned Franco. She pretended she had only heard of him by name. Nina then talked about how much he helped her. "He's not here to watch over you now," Heather replied. That freaked Nina out a little because everything she loved was gone. She then unloaded about Madeline and wished she had a mom like Heather. "Come to mama," Heather said. Then, they hugged. Heather claimed her name was Diana Taylor. Later, Nina got a call from Franco. He told her that he was sorry for everything and was worried about her. She told him that she had made a friend.

Morgan found Kiki with Avery at Kelly's. They discussed Michael. She had no idea he could be so cold to them. Morgan thought they needed to talk about their kiss. Before they could, Dante and Lulu showed up and fussed over the baby. When Morgan mentioned that he was looking for a job, Lulu offered him one at The Haunted Star.

Lucas and Michael arrived at The Haunted Star, “Luke” greeted them with a bat. He told them that they could level the house for the clinic. They thanked him and he announced that he wanted to throw a party to celebrate the opening of the waterfront. Then, Lulu strolled in with Morgan. That was uncomfortable for Michael. “Luke” then told Lulu about the party idea. Michael was skeptical. Morgan thought Michael was being immature and walked out. Lulu went after him. “Luke” assured the boys that no one would forget this party.

Morgan returned to Kelly's and told Kiki about his run in with Michael.

Shawn was startled to find Jordan in the graveyard. They argued about trust. He accused her of being a cop. She acted offended and claimed that he had no idea who she is. They turned to digging up Bill. "They think he's your old boss," Shawn said. They started digging and soon hit the coffin.

“Luke” returned to the basement to visit Luke, who was worried that he killed Bobbie. “Luke” told him that he didn't. "Are you Bill Eckert?" Luke asked. “Luke” laughed and told him to be more worried about what he was going to do and how he had invited everyone Luke cared about to a party.
