3.Talked to fans while hammered in a Taco Bell drive through
Charlie Sheen made news back in July when it was reported that he went up to two fans in a car while in a Taco Bell drive-through. He approached them, saying, “Sorry I’m so f----n hammered,” shook their hands, and asked their names.
He showed off his tattoos, that included one of Charlie Brown on his chest and the Cincinnati Reds logo on his right arm.
Sheen looked pretty disheveled- his shirt appeared to be somewhat ripped, and his voice was raspy. But he was clearly in good spirits, having a nice conversation with some fans.
