Could Star Lord make an appearance on 'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.'

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.> is Marvel's answer to bringing their universe to television, but will some of Marvel's main superheroes ever make an appearance?

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.> follows the story of the secret spy organization S.H.I.E.L>D. led by Agent Phil Coulson, played by Clark Gregg, as he tries to guide the agency to learning more intel about the terrorist group Hydra.

Chris Pratt played Star Lord in Guardians of the Galaxy and expressed some interest in appearing on the television series.

"I wouldn't rule it out. Marvel would have to decide, but if it made sense for the brand and for the story, yeah sure," Pratt said according to Zap2It. "What's pretty neat about Marvel is the mythology exists across all mediums, comic books to films to television. It's one giant universe so it's not beyond the realm of possibility."

Guardians of the Galaxy is one of the most successful films of 2014 and earned more than $330 million at the box office in the United States alone, according to Box Office Mojo.
