TJ arrived at Sam’s apartment to see Molly. He explained that he had just learned that his mom and Shawn had an affair years before he was born. He also found out how his father really died, and that his mom had a paternity test done to prove that Shawn wasn’t his dad. However, TJ was still furious because everything about his dad had been a lie. Molly told TJ that his dad was a good man just like her father was. She added that they needed to focus on how their fathers lived, not how they died.
On the docks, Jordan met with Shawn to tell him that TJ was ignoring her calls, and she didn’t know where he was. Shawn replied that he did know and asked Jordan to let him handle TJ right now. She agreed and then Shawn took off. Later, Jordan’s boss from the DEA arrived to grill her on why she hadn’t found Julian’s boss yet. She promised to step things up, saying the sooner she finished this case, the sooner she could be honest with her son.
At the stables on Spoon Island, the underground cell that should have contained Faison was empty. Obrecht thought Anna was lying about Faison’s whereabouts, but both Nikolas and Britt both said that this wouldn’t be the first time Faison had escaped imprisonment. Agent Sloan then asked Anna when she last knew for certain that Faison was in the cell. Anna told him a year ago. Obrecht then went into a rage and had to be held back by Britt and Nikolas. Anna said that Robert had arranged for Faison’s care and a WSB agent had been posing as a stableman and reporting to Robert about Faison’s status. That man was brought in for questioning, and he admitted that he had been filing false reports on Faison to Robert since he was hired last year.
Sam and Patrick arrived at the Quartermaine mansion and explained to Lulu and Tracy that that they had a near miss with Larry, who retrieved a satchel from his safe-deposit box. However, they then said that Larry did leave behind a flash-drive and a photo of Faison. Sam added that she downloaded the flash-drive to her phone. The file indicated that Faison was being held on Spoon Island, which they all thought couldn’t be correct. There was also a photo of the Duke mask that Faison used to impersonate the real Duke. Lulu said that it was WSB technology, but Tracy said the mask had been destroyed. They then found a file indicating a new mask was being made, but they couldn’t figure from the blueprints whose face the mask was copying. Tracy wondered if it was of Luke, but Lulu didn’t know why Jerry and Larry would want a mask of her father. Alice then alerted them that Larry was on his way, so Sam and Patrick had to exit before he saw them. Larry then walked in and wondered what Lulu and Tracy were up to.
At the PCPD jail, Julian filled Alexis in on his history with the Luke imposter. Julian then told her that they met in witness protection and that he claimed his name was Peter Caspian. Julian then said that Peter made him an offer to rebuild the Jerome empire and take down Sonny. Julian then added Caspian claimed that he looked just like someone in Port Charles, which would allow him to take over ELQ. He concluded by telling Alexis that when he finally tried to get out of the business for her that his boss had Lucas shot. Alexis was furious as that was all blamed on Ric, who she now knew was innocent. Julian replied that his boss threatened to kill his entire family, so he couldn’t go to the cops or anyone for help. He begged her to believe him. Alexis demanded to know where the real Luke was. Julian said if she can get him released, he would take her to him.
At Miscavige, “Luke” pulls a gun on the real Luke as he tried to escape. “Luke” then began recapping all his scheming to Luke, including making everyone believe Jerry Jacks’ kidnapped him and sending Tracy Larry Ashton instead of returning Luke to his family. Luke then wondered why Larry had been brought into this and suspected “Luke” was Larry with plastic surgery or a mask like Faison used to wear. “Luke” replied that he wasn’t Larry Ashton and he pull on his face claiming that he wasn’t wearing a mask. “Luke” then would tell Luke no more and said before he left that he was going to have the orderlies give him a tighter straight jacket. After “Luke” left, Luke vowed to kill his imposter.
Back at Sam’s apartment, TJ told Molly that he didn’t know how he was supposed to face Shawn now that he knew about his betrayal. Then, there was a knock at the door and it was Shawn. Molly let him in and Shawn begged TJ to talk to him and work this out. Molly encouraged TJ to go with Shawn and try to talk things out. TJ agreed and he and Shawn left.
Later, Molly looked at the letter that Ric left her.
Back on the docks viewers saw Faison, clad in a black trench coat, pull out a cigarette and smoke it.
At the Quartermaines, Michael contemplated officially changing his last name. Then, Carly showed up to wish him Happy Thanksgiving. He didn’t want to talk to her and ordered her out, but she wouldn't leave. They then bickered about Sonny and she justified their actions. Michael was unconvinced and shoved the name changing document at her. Carly reminded him of how Jason gave him his name, Michael was still adamant. She begged him not to sign the document and insisted that he would always be Sonny's son, refusing to believe he could really give up Sonny’s name. Michael then signed the papers and kicked her out. Once she was gone, Michael stared at a picture of him and AJ.
Sonny was brought in to see Duke in the interview room. Duke said that he didn't turn on him. Sonny explained that he had made a deal with Scott and had already pled guilty for Carly's sake... and his. "You're a free man," Sonny told Duke, who was thankful. Sonny then requested that he take over the business. Duke suggested that he ask Shawn, but Sonny was insistent on him taking over. "Your business will be safe in my hands," Duke assured him that it would be and agreed to do so. A cop then announced that Duke was free to go. Once Duke left, Carly arrived.
Alexis called Sam to say she had an emergency with a client and couldn’t make it to the family dinner.
Meanwhile, Anna was in her office going over the reports of Faison's death. Alexis then entered and requested Julian's release. Anna didn’t see why she was sticking her neck out for him, but agreed to sign the paperwork. As Alexis bustled out, Agent Sloane showed up to lay into Anna about Faison again. They bickered, and he warned that she would need to build a great defense. Sloane then added how hard all of this was for him, but that she would be going away for a long time. After he left, Anna was left to mull Agent Sloane’s warning over, Duke arrived at her door.
Later, Julian was released. Alexis insisted that she did this for Luke. She then insisted on going to see him alone, but Julian thought they needed to do it together.

He then suggested they spend it with him and Emma at Elizabeth’s. She thought that was a terrible idea, but he was insistent and she finally agreed.
Luke woke up groggy in his padded room at Miscavige and found Helena looming over him. He assumed she was just another hallucination and recalled shooting her. "It was not a silver bullet," she chuckled. She then cuddled him and purred, "Love live the queen." When she tried to kiss him, he jumped away. She then taunted him, but undaunted, he demanded to know who had been living his life. Helena then put a blade to his chin and explained that there could not be two Lukes running around Port Charles. Meanwhile, Julian and Alexis arrived. Julian explained that Luke had been there for almost a year. As they headed for Luke's room, Helena walked out. "Evil doesn't die," Alexis sneered. Helena replied how she would have liked to slit her throat, just like she slit her mother's. Then, she wandered off. Julian wondered who that was. Alexis quickly told him then walked into Luke's room and gasped.
Jake/Jason had a nightmare while sleeping on Elizabeth's couch. He twitched violently and grabbed her wrist until she woke him up. She wondered what he was dreaming about. Jake/Jason replied that he didn’t know. She then asked if he could carve a turkey. Later, he had a shower and wandered around looking for his shirt. Elizabeth gave him some news clothes to match his eyes. He thanked her, but said that he couldn’t accept the gift. She thought he should just pretend it was his birthday. After he got dressed, Patrick called to ask if he could bring Sam and Danny. She said that he could. Jake set the table while Elizabeth got dinner ready. Then, he answered a knock at the door. It was Helena.
Duke came into Anna’s office and confronted her about what she did to Faison. The two then argued. Duke felt that they both lied to the other, that they should call it even and try and move on. Anna, however, felt that what she did wasn’t comparable to what Duke did. She fears that Duke is too entrenched in the life Sonny led and didn’t think she could continue their relationship. Duke then revealed that he was taking over Sonny’s business while Sonny was in prison, so they’ll be in a relationship whether she liked it or not. He then walked out.
Obrecht showed up at the Wyndemere for dinner with Britt and Nikolas. Spencer, who was dressed up like a pilgrim, was sad because he wasn’t with Emma. As Britt set the table, Obrecht cried about Faison being out there hungry, cold and alone. Yet, Faison was closer than they realized, he was outside wearing a nice suit and spying on them through the window.
At Pentonville, Carly visited with Sonny. Carly had to tell Sonny about Michael renouncing his name and moving into the Quartermaine mansion. Sonny was hurt, but wanted her to go home and enjoy the holiday.
At the Quartermaines, Sam brought Danny by to see Monica and Michael. Michael invited them to dinner, but she said that she already has plans with Patrick and Elizabeth. Larry Ashton showed up as Sam was leaving and he asked Michael if that was Patrick Drake’s wife he just saw. Michael says no they weren’t married. Larry then appeared to be onto Patrick and Sam’s investigation of him.
Later, Olivia, Dante and Lulu all arrived for dinner. As everyone got ready to eat, Monica announced that one of the dishes caused “Cook 2” to come down with food poisoning and, because they didn’t know which dish it was, it all had to be thrown out. Fortunately, Alice then walked in to save the day with a stack of pizzas.
At Elizabeth’s house, Jake/Jason answered the door to find Helena standing there. She claimed to be an “old friend of the family,” so he invited her in. Jake/Jason thought she looked familiar and he wondered if they met before, explaining he had lost his memory. She claimed that she just had one of those faces. Jake/Jason then decided to go get Elizabeth, but when he left the room, Helena slipped out. He unfortunately didn’t get her name to tell Elizabeth. Elizabeth thought perhaps it was just a memory of his resurfacing, but Jake/Jason knows the woman was real and headed to the door, thinking she couldn’t have gotten far. When he opened it, Sam was standing there. Sam, Patrick and the kids headed inside and Danny once again took to Jake/Jason.
At Miscavige, Julian and Alexis found Luke confined in a straightjacket in his cell. Alexis worked to free Luke from it and asked about his visit from Helena. Luke said that she let him live because he convinced her that he was still useful to the maniac that had stolen his life. Alexis then said that she knew what had been happening with the imposter since Julian filled her in. Luke then figured out that Julian was in on the whole scheme and he wanted to strangle him. Alexis tried to calm Luke down and told Julian that perhaps he should leave. Julian didn’t want to leave her alone there, but said he would go. Before he left, Julian told Luke that he didn’t want to do this to him, that the imposter threatened his family and shot Lucas. Later, Alexis wanted to take Luke to GH, but he refused to go to another hospital. Alexis then told him then they were going straight to the PCPD to see Anna.
Back at Wyndemere, Nathan arrived for dinner with Britt and Obrecht. Outside, Helena appeared and stopped Faison from going inside, pointing out that Nathan was a police officer. She then reminded him of the job he still had to do. Faison replied that he didn’t take orders from her and that she was supposed to be dealing with Jason Morgan. Helena warned him not to cause their plans to go up in smoke. Back inside Wyndemere, everyone got ready to sit down for dinner. Spencer then realized that forgot his pilgrim hat, so Obrecht went back into the living room to get it for him. Seeing Obrecht alone, Faison took the chance and revealed himself to her.
Back at Elizabeth’s, Helena returned and spied on the gang from the window as they ate dinner.
As the Quartermaines sat down to eat their pizzas, Alexis arrived with a very special guest: Luke walked in and asked if they had saved a slice for him. He then winked at Tracy.
