5. He gets what he deserves
This quote may not be witty, humorous, a comeback or a throwback, but it is a fan favorite. Way back in season 1, in the episode entitled “Crocodile,” Rumple’s wife, Milah, is supposedly taken by Hook and his men. Just before they leave port, Rumple boards the ship to beg for Milah’s release. Hook offers him a duel, and when Rumple cowers from it, Hook chides, “A man unwilling to fight for what he wants, deserves what he gets.” This is more poignant now than it may have first appeared, considering how hard Hook has been fighting for Emma recently.
