Actor Richard Kiel, who played the James Bond villain Jaws, passed away at the age of 74 on Wednesday.
The cause of death is not yet known, but he went to a Fresno, California hospital last week after be broke his leg, a family member exclusively revealed to TMZ. It isn't known yet if the injury is connected to his death.
The 7-foot-2 actor is best known for playing Jaws, uncomfortable teeth and all, as well as appearing in the Adam Sandler film Happy Gilmore.
According to Entertainment Weekly, Kiel got his first acting gig in Laramie, which was an NBC western, at just 21 years of age. Before that he worked as a nightclub bouncer and even a cemetery plot salesman.
Before his most well-known role as Jaws in The Spy Who Loved Me in 1977, he also appeared in the silly film Eegah, most known for being mocked on Mystery Science Theater 3000.
A few years after the first Bond film, he reprised his role as Jaws in Moonraker.
