Released on November 25, 1998, and directed by John Lasseter, A Bug’s Life focuses on a rebel ant, Flik, who is seeking a powerful army to protect his colony from the hungry grasshoppers. Some ofthe starring voices in the film include Dave Foley, Kevin Spacey, Julia Louis-Dreyfus and Hayden Panettiere. This film went on to become a box office hit and grossed over $363 million,surpassing its competitor film Antz by Dreamworks.
