”Like I'm diagnosed with body dysmorphia with reading those stupid f***ing tabloids when I was like 13 and feeling like I was ugly, like always,” Willis, 20, told Stylelikeu.com. “I believed the strangers more than the people who loved me because why would the people who love me be honest?”

Stylelikeu.com is doing a project on body image, The What’s Underneath Project, to raise awareness of body awareness issues.

“I was trapped in this body,” Willis added. “I started starving myself and losing a bunch of weight and I got down to like 95 pounds. When I lost my curves and when my boobs shriveled up into like nothing and I had no shape. It put me in even more of a cage.”

Willis was caught topless and with a joint in hand back in 2012, however, according to Radar Online, the nude photos of the teen were never published.

Do you think more should be done to protect the body image of young teens?
