While many thought David Beckham walked away unscathed following his minor motorcycle crash on Sunset Boulevard, it turns out he did suffer a minor injury.
He was riding his bike near a tattoo parlor, Mark Mahoney's Shamrock Social Club, when he lost control. Paparazzi were following him at the time, E! News reports.
A witness to the accident said the former soccer star was attempting to keep from colliding with a car that swerved towards him. After he crashed, employees from the tattoo parlor came out to help and a source said, "David is OK."
Most have been reporting that the 39-year-old Beckham came away without any injuries, but TMZ is reporting otherwise. Photographers for the site saw him as he was heading into the Los Angeles International Airport.
He flashed a cast on his right hand to photogs as he walked into the terminal, but didn't stop to reveal exactly the injury he suffered.
