Sia releases ‘1000 Forms of Fear’

The recording artist Sia is offering her sixth album, 1000 Forms of Fear.

Sia has aligned with some of the greatest pop singers of the time. The performer has written the Rihanna song, “Diamonds.” She has also dreamed up songs for Beyonce and has worked with David Guetta and Flo Rida, according to Newsday.

Sia achieved solo success with her hit, “Chandelier,” according to the Associated Press. “Chandelier” is one of the most recognizable pop songs from the artist, charting on the Billboard Hot 100. It was also a success with music critics. Her other popular songs include “Elastic Heart,” which was a song from the Hunger Games: Catching Fire soundtrack.

The new album includes 14 tracks. Songs on the new album include “Big Girls Cry, “ “Straight for the Knife,” and “Eye of the Needle.”

Sia, an Australian artist, was originally named Sia Furler. Sia’s fifth album, 2010’s We Are Born, charted in France, the UK, Germany, and the Netherlands.

1000 Forms of Fear was released by Monkey Puzzle/ RCA in July.
