Jason Aldean's 'Burnin' It Down' hits the charts

Jason Aldean’s single Burnin’ It Down hits the charts, bumping Magic!’s Rude from the number one spot.

Aldean entered the country music industry in 2005 with Broken Bow Records, releasing a total sixteen singles and five studio albums, Jason Aldean, Relentless, Wide Open, My Kinda Party, and Night Train, over the course of his career.

The singer, who headlined at this years Stagecoach, released his newest single, Burnin’ It Down, which is the first taste fans have gotten into his upcoming album. The single hit the Nielsen SoundScan’s charts with more than 184,000 downloads, ultimately moving the hit song Rude out of the number one spot, reports USA Today.

According to Music Times, Sam Smith’s Stay With Me, Iggy Azalea’s Fancy, and Maroon 5’s Maps have struggled on the charts this week, while Burnin’ It Down manages to hold it’s place.

Aldean’s six studio album, which will include Burnin’ It Down, has yet to be named but is rumored to be released by the end of this year.
