Actor and producer Tom Cruise turns 52 today. He started his career at age 19 in the 1981 film Endless Love. After portraying supporting roles in Taps and The Outsiders, his first leading role was in Risky Business, in 1983. Cruise became a more prominent name after starring as Pete "Maverick" Mitchell in Top Gun. He is well known for his role as secret agent Ethan Hunt in the Mission: Impossible film series.
Cruise has starred in many successful films, including The Color of Money, Cocktail, Rain Man, Born on the Fourth of July, Far and Away, A Few Good Men, Interview with the Vampire: The Vampire Chronicles, Jerry Maguire, Eyes Wide Shut, Magnolia, Vanilla Sky, The Last Samurai, Collateral, War of the Worlds, Knight and Day, Jack Reacher, Rock of Ages and Oblivion.
Cruise has two adopted children with ex-wife Nicole Kidman, and another daughter with ex-wife Katie Holmes.
Cruise has been nominated for three Academy Awards and has won three Golden Globe Awards. He can be seen in Edge of Tomorrow, in theaters now.
Olivia Munn, 34

Actress, comedian, model, television personality and author Olivia Munn turns 34 today. In late 2005, Munn began her role as Mily Acuna, a teen surfer, on the television drama Beyond the Break. In 2006, Munn moved on to the G4 network, where she began co-hosting Attack of the Show! with Kevin Pereira on April 10. She replaced departing host Sarah Lane.
Munn appeared in the Rob Schneider film Big Stan. She had a significant role in the horror film Insanitarium, and went on to star in the films Date Night and Iron Man 2. Munn appeared in the ABC Family series Greek. In 2010, Munn guest-starred in NBC's Chuck and appeared in Magic Mike in 2012.
Mun is currently dating Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers
Munn plays Sloan Sabbith on HBO's The Newsroom, and also appeared as Angie, Nick's stripper girlfriend, in three episodes of FOX's New Girl. She can also be seen in Deliver Us from Evil, in theaters now.
