On Thursday, actress Mindy Kaling and TV host Carson Daly announced the nominations for the 66th annual Primetime Emmy Awards.
The thrilled celebrities then shared their joyful reactions with The Hollywood Reporter and on Twitter.
Edie Falco earned the nod for best actress in a comedy for Nurse Jackie and gushed about her fifth nomination: "What an exciting way to start the summer! Beyond my wildest dreams — the response we've had to our dysfunctional ER and its inhabitants. So thrilled to be recognized by this industry."
The Big Bang Theory’s Mayim Bialik, who was nominated for best supporting actress in a comedy series, shared her thoughts on being nominated again: "How incredibly humbling to be nominated not only a third time but among a group of such exceptionally talented and critically acclaimed actresses. This is truly proof that among women like this, the third time will NOT be the charm for me!!!"
Seth Green also shared his reaction for a nomination as the best character voice-over performance for Robot Chicken: "I love being a part of this peer group — just to be collected with this group of people is humbling and to be nominated for a show that I am so proud of is the icing on the cake."

New host of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon tweeted:
