According to L.A. Times, Dan Gilbert called James a "coward" and stated in a letter saying “I PERSONALLY GUARANTEE THAT THE CLEVELAND CAVALIERS WILL WIN AN NBA CHAMPIONSHIP BEFORE THE SELF-TITLED FORMER ‘KING’ WINS ONE."
ESPN reported that the letter remained on the Cavaliers' website for the past four years until the team removed it earlier this week.
