Activision being sued over 'Call of Duty' game

Past Panama ruler, Manuel Noriega, is filed a lawsuit against video game publisher, Activision, over Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 character. Noriega says the Call of Duty character that is based off of him gives him a bad image. The former Panama dictator may currently be serving jail time but he managed to file the lawsuit in Los Angeles on Tuesday.
Call of Duty is by far Activision’s most popular video game, however, not everyone seems to like it. Noriega is suing Activision’s video game saying the game’s character gives him a bad name just for the video game publisher to accumulate more sales according to Los Angeles Times. Noriega does have past military experience which works for a video game about the military. Noriega’s character seems to be helpful as he helps capture a terrorist but then turns for the worse as he goes after the Americans. When America forces invaded Panama in 1989, Noriega was captured due to his rule seeming too violent says BBC.
There seems to be a lawsuit trend going on. Lindsey Lohan recently went after Grand Theft Auto and EA Sports also had a video game lawsuit against them.
