On Tuesday, Arkuie Williams, who works in administration at the chief medical examiner's office, said that they could accurately determine that Brockie's death was due to heroin toxicity, according to the Associated Press.
GWAR also lost band member, Cory Smoot. Smoot was found dead on the tour bus in 2011. GWAR had many members over the years, but Brockie was a GWAR constant.

GWAR recently toured Australia and Japan. Despite Brockie’s death, GWAR will be performing at the annual GWAR-B-Q celebration this August, according to the Metal Underground.
