Jason Derulo will be appearing onstage with Luke Bryan during the CMT Music Awards. Derulo is one of the most recent guests announced to appear at the awards on June 4th.
"It's really cool, man, because I've always dreamed of having my music cross boundaries and enter into different walks of life," Derulo said, according to Associated Press. "Just because you love country music doesn't mean you can't love other genres of music. So the fact that they thought of my song to be at the CMTs is unbelievable. I'm just really excited more than anything and I have my cowboy hat on deck."
Derulo, Bryan, and Florida Georgia Line are set to perform the song “This is How We Roll.” Derulo will follow with his hit song, “Talk Dirty.”
The CMT Music Awards will be hosted by Kristen Bell. The ceremony will be broadcast from Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena, according to TVGrapevine. Veteran live event producer Michael Dempsey will be executive producer of the show again this year.
There will be red carpet coverage before the CMT Awards. The show will begin on June 4th at 7PM.
