Amazon Prime offers millions of songs to stream on Prime Music

Fans of Amazon Prime have reason to celebrate. Amazon Prime has announced that they are launching Prime Music, a free service for Amazon Prime subscribers. On Thursday, Amazon Inc. will offer more than a million tracks for streaming and download.

"If they come to Amazon for their music needs, they become better and longer-term Amazon customers and we think that's a good thing," Boom said, according to the Associated Press.

Will there be enough songs for digital music lovers, though? Yes, there will. The service will include popular recording artists like Daft Punk, Bruno Mars, Blake Shelton, Bruce Springsteen, Pink, and Madonna. There will be no interruptions from ads. Listeners will be able to download their songs to allow for flexibility in terms of where and when subscribers can enjoy their music selections.

According to Amazon, Prime Music is included with no cost to members who already are enjoying movies and television with Amazon. The new service will work on applications like Android and iOS. It will also work on Kindle Fire tablets.
