"Jennifer, Keith, Harry and Ryan are the very best in the business at what they do, and I’m thrilled that they are returning to American Idol for another season," said 21st Century Fox senior exec vp David Hill, according to Billboard. "Each brings unique qualities and expertise to the team, but they all share the same passion for helping undiscovered singers achieve the American dream."

According to the Associated Press, Ryan Seacrest will be returning to host the popular talent show.

There might be some changes in the show, though, for the next season. The show will air for fewer hours next season. In many weeks, there could be just one episode instead of two.

Auditions are slated for the upcoming season of the show. They will be held in Uniondale, New York; Nashville, Tennessee; New Orleans; and San Francisco.
