Top 10 Daytime Emmy’s multiple nominations

On Sunday, June 22, 2014, you will have the opportunity to see who won one or more Daytime Emmys. Though there are 37 networks competing for a Daytime Emmy, many shows have secured multiple nominations. Keep in mind, there are many different awards categories. It is plausible for a show to go home with several awards.

Television has so many shows and time slots, that it is not fair to put them in the same awards show. Day and night have different audiences. Generally, consistent day times viewers are children as well as adults that work from home, care for the family, and maybe unemployed. This is why most of the top 10 consist of children programs, drama, and talk shows. Without these shows, most networks would play reruns of prime time television. There are only so many times that you can watch the same episode over and over again.

Without further ado, let’s see what shows made it on today’s top 10.
