Absolutely LOVE my new Strongarm Universal Mount; perfect for phones, tablets and GPS systems by Viatek Products. Most of the products along these lines require adhesives (of which I am NOT a fan); the Strongarm Mount requires no adhesives and no tools! Finally an easy option. It attaches easily to a flat surface and rotates 360 degrees for the perfect angle or viewing options. The mount uses an airtight technology usually seen on submarines or in space crafts and brings a vacuum seal that holds strong.
I put this item to the test in my office. I easily placed the large suction cup to my desk, pumped the "forcelock valve" a few times to secure the grip (more pumps for larger items like tablets). By loosening the angle dial you can set your perfect angle and tighten to hold in place. Final step is centering your device on the smaller suction cup, pump the smaller valve to secure your device and press and hold. Total time 2 minutes and a perfect hold was captured. I never once worried my phone would fall off. Next I tried the same process with an Ipad and it was perfectly angled and mounted within minutes.
The Strongarm Mount is the perfect gift for moms, dads, office employees, people who spend a lot of time commuting by car etc. I even used the mount at home last night using the ipad in the kitchen to follow a recipe.
