Ohio man ordered to wear sign labeled 'I am a bully'

A 62-year-old man from Ohio has been accused of harassing his neighbor and her disabled children for the last 15 years. Edmond Aviv was required to display a sign on a street that declares he's a bully.

According to the Daily Mail, Aviv sat on a street corner holding the sign for five hours.

The sign also said that he "picks on children who are disabled" and is "intolerant of those different from myself." Within a couple of minutes, a car horn was honked at the sight of Aviv.

Aviv had been feuding with his neighbor, Sandra Prugh, for the last 15 years. He reportedly mistreated her and her family for no reason. Prugh has two adopted children with disabilities, including cerebral palsy and epilepsy.

Aviv called Prugh's adopted children an ethnic slur, who are black. He also allegedly spit on Prugh several times and threw dog feces on her son's windshield, according to The Associated Press.

In addition to his sign punishment, Aviv was sentenced to 15 days in jail, anger management counseling, and seven months probation.
