Jennette McCurdy landed in hot water with the Nickelodeon network after half nude photographs of her were posted on the internet.
McCurdy’s television show Sam & Cat has been put on halt because of the racy pictures, and is not up for renewal.
According to NY Daily News, McCurdy has been feuding with her co-star Ariana Grande and those at Nickelodeon.
TMZ reported that the McCurdy/Nickelodeon feud is not about the racy pictures, it was over money. Grande reportedly makes way more than McCurdy, and has been trying to renegotiate her deal.
While winning the Favorite TV Show award for Sam & Cat, McCurdy was not there to accept. She tweeted about her absence.
A rep for the network had nothing but respect for McCurdy.
McCurdy has also landed in some smooth tides since the pictures. She was named the Brand Ambassador for Tamagochi.
The pictures surfaced after McCurdy and her boyfriend Andre Drummond broke up over terrible lip chemistry. Drummond denies posting the pictures.
