Lily Allen is decently open on her Twitter page, using it to discuss a variety of topics from not only addressing rumors about herself but other topics as well.
On March 10, the singer addressed a fan that tweeted her saying that her more recent singles, such as “Air Balloon,” “Hard Out Here,” and her newest song “Our Time” haven’t been as good as the artist has the potential to release. The fan calls her new music “docile pop rubbish,” which he says, “She properly just wrote some rubbish to cash some cheques.”
According to Mirror, she actually agreed with the fan.
@RFWilding what you've heard so far yes. All i can do is do my best, the labels and the radio stations won't play the better stuff.

The fan replied, according to Metro, telling her that he will still buy her upcoming album, “Sheezus.” He admitted that he is going to stay hopeful that the album will contain some better songs that are more up to par she her artistic abilities.
Allen responded to him once again, telling him to “keep the faith.”
